We build the thing that doesn't exist yet.
Hola is a prototyping partner for teams taking something new to market. We work in the messy space between an idea and a product that ships — across electronics, software and AI.
What we do
Four ways in. Usually more than one.
AI Implementation
Models in production, not slide decks.
We build AI that does a specific job inside your business — automating the work nobody wants to do, or turning data you already own into decisions you can act on.
Typically 4–12 weeks
Hardware Prototyping
From sketch to something you can hold.
Physical product development — industrial design, electronics, firmware and enclosures — moving in days and weeks rather than quarters.
Typically 2–10 weeks to a working prototype
Software & MVPs
Ship the version that answers the question.
Web and mobile applications built to validate a business, not to win architecture awards — then hardened once the business is proven.
Typically 6–14 weeks for an MVP
Concept to Market
The strategy work that stops you building the wrong thing.
Technical and commercial guidance for teams taking something new to market — feasibility, roadmap, build-versus-buy, and the route from prototype to production.
Typically 1–4 weeks
Selected work
Things that made it out of the building.

How we work
Build the ugly version first.
Most projects fail slowly, by staying theoretical for too long. We put something real in front of real people as early as it is embarrassing to do so.
- 01
Interrogate
We pull the idea apart before anyone commits budget. What is the real problem, who has it, and what would have to be true for this to work? Often the brief changes here.
- 02
Prototype
The fastest possible version of the thing, in your hands. Rough, functional, and built to answer a specific question rather than to impress.
- 03
Test with real people
Real users, real conditions. Beaches, shop floors, classrooms. What survives contact with reality is rarely what we sketched.
- 04
Build properly
Once we know what earns its place, we build it to last — with your team able to take it over. You own the code and the hardware files throughout.
Ask before you commit
An AI that actually knows the studio.
Ola is not a chatbot reciting the homepage. It knows our services, our process, how we scope work and what engagements typically run to. Ask it something hard — how we'd approach your problem, whether it's even feasible, what it would take.
What they say
Working with Hola completely changed the game for us. They weren't just another agency — they became like an extension of our team. From nailing our software needs to coming up with creative hardware ideas, they took our vision and turned it into something truly awesome. The whole process was relaxed and fun, and they were always ready with fresh ideas. I honestly can't imagine doing it without them!
Thank you for all the help and efforts with this project. It's been so much fun and I'm so glad we were able to create something special. I love the finished product, and I look forward to getting it manufactured and working towards getting it to the market.
