Most AI projects fail for boring reasons. The model was never the hard part — the hard part is the data plumbing, the edge cases, and the fact that nobody defined what “working” meant before the build started.
We start by writing down the definition of done as something measurable. Then we build the smallest system that hits it, put it in front of real users, and iterate against the evaluation set rather than against opinions.
If AI turns out to be the wrong tool for your problem, we will tell you in the first week rather than the fourth month.

We keep the loop short on purpose. A rough prototype in someone’s hands during week two teaches you more than a perfect CAD model in month three.
Our workshop covers the full path: mechanical design, electronics, firmware, and the unglamorous work of making a thing survive contact with actual users — weather, children, public spaces, wear.
We have built installations that live outdoors on a Dutch beach and products heading into consumer manufacture. Both start the same way: build the ugly version fast, learn, then make it beautiful.

Technical and commercial guidance for teams taking something new to market — feasibility, roadmap, build-versus-buy, and the route from prototype to production.
Sometimes the most valuable thing we do is talk a client out of a build.
This engagement exists for the moment before commitment — when you have an idea, a budget that is not infinite, and no clear read on whether the thing is technically possible, commercially sensible, or already sold by someone else.
We pressure-test it, cost the realistic paths, and give you a recommendation you can take to a board. If the answer is that you should build it, you already have a roadmap. If the answer is no, you have saved a great deal of money.

Interrogate
We pull the idea apart before anyone commits budget. What is the real problem, who has it, and what would have to be true for this to work? Often the brief changes here.

Prototype
The fastest possible version of the thing, in your hands. Rough, functional, and built to answer a specific question rather than to impress.

Test with real people
Real users, real conditions. Beaches, shop floors, classrooms. What survives contact with reality is rarely what we sketched.

Build properly
Once we know what earns its place, we build it to last — with your team able to take it over. You own the code and the hardware files throughout.
